The apartment lies on two floors: on the main floor you can find the entrance, a grand living room with french windows, the dining room and kitchen with access to the terrace and one bathroom with a walk in shower. On the upper floor you can find the 2 master bedrooms and one bathroom with a bath tub. For reservations confirmed before November 1st 2019 heating if used is charged extra for 10 euros. We have therefore introduced a more flexible cancellation policy, for bookings made after November 2020, with arrivals in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In case of travel restrictions of the Italian Government due to COVID_19 we will give our guests the possibility of re-scheduling the reservation to a future date. If you aren't able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties.
