Orewa warm inviting brick house walk to beach/shop

My place is good for couples, solo , business travellers, and families (with kids). a 15 minute walk to the fabulous Orewa beach, cafes, restaurants. Great shopping centre include supermarkets There are cycling and walking tracks. Close to public transport. 20 minute drive to Albany on the North Shore of Auckland.30 -40 minutes into Auckland city on a good day, peak hour longer traffic. 1 hour to the International and Domestic airports. I am the owner and live here, i meet you on arrival I am the owner/occupier of the property, so I am here to let you in. I live here, I am here some of the time and some of the time I am at work or sport, but I can help with any queries about Orewa or where you may be travelling to. I have keys to house that you use so you can come and go as you please. You have use of kitchen to cook food for meals eaten here only, you use the dining room for eating and drinking. No food in bedrooms. Sit in dining room any time its yours. You have your own bathroom, only one group here at a time, so its you and myself living here only. The lounge is private as its my office . The outdoor table and chairs is covered from the weather so you can sit outside anytime You have full access to the kitchen and dining room, space available in pantry and fridge, which is open plan so can cook and chat to members of your group/family. Use of washing machine/dryer hang clothes outside line or clothes hanger for outside. No wet clothes left inside. Laundry is only place used to wash clothes. Inside/outside flow to the covered outdoor area with large table and chairs. The conservatory which is also used as kids play room and area to sit and read very light and warm and is used by guests for their lounge. Group or family have their own bathroom and separate toilet. Walk around section listening to the Tui sing, beautiful native bird I am available to help with directions or ideas of places to visit. If I am available I can show you the sights. Guide books available in house for Orewa and other places in NZ to visit walking distance to the beach. The roads and paths are all flat approx 15 minute walk to shops and beach. The neighbourhood is quiet and is surrounded by walkways and cycle tracks. The people are friendly will stop and have a chat when walking close to public transport and free parking outside house , drive way parking or road parking. This is not a main road so traffic is light so reasonably quiet Orewa Great beach resort you will not want to leave. Safe to park free on road right outside house. South to Hamilton approx. 2 hours, North to Whangarei approx. 2 hours
