This beautiful 2 story townhouse is a 10-minute walk to the Noble Park Station and a 15-minute walk to Yarraman Station, there is bus stops down the street which is a 2-minute walk and a Parkmore Shopping Centre a 20-minute walk away. We are a 30-40 minute drive from Chadstone the largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere. It is a nice peaceful street where you can take your pet for a walk. The guest can use the kitchen, living room and laundry room. The garage is off limits as it stores personal belongings.
