Welcome to Residência Teresinha, where you will find comfort, cleanness and friendly service. We aspire to make everyone feel at home while enjoying and exploring our beautiful green island! Guests will handed 1 key to the main entrance and 1 key to their designated bedroom/bathroom upon arrival. There must be respect and consideration at all times between guests. Shared areas kitchen/dining/living spaces are always to be kept tidy and clean (please clean up after yourselves). Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum after 11pm. A telephone is available for local calls and emergencies. There is a supermarket across the residence "Spar" where they offer breakfast menus, takeout and your basic groceries. Not to mention there are multiple trails and mountain views within the town.
