Outstanding family property has 4 bedrooms, a study & 2 bathrooms. It is in immaculate condition and offers a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. It comfortably sleeps 10 people plus a toddler/ baby. There are 2 dining table sets, outside set seats 10, inside seats 6 plus 3 stools at breakfast bar. Sofa couch is upstairs, sleeps 2. There are 2 living areas inside & 3 entertaining areas outside. A BBQ is on the back decking for guest use. Both front and back yards are fenced/enclosed and safe for children or pets. Desk and space for work/computer use. Block out blinds, extra pillows and blankets/hangers supplied. Gas heating for those colder nights. Bonus Fire Pit in backyard. It is located across from local park & only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach is a great surf spot for those who are keen. The property has a beautiful homely feel. Due to the many louvers & bifolds it lets in plenty of light & enables you to have a lovely view of both the bush & the water. There is ample of seating inside & out. The entire house is for guests use but the garage is locked and not for guests use. Guest access is through both front & back doors. Free Internet and Netflix is available at property. You are very welcome to bring pets but STRICTLY NO animals inside the house.
