The modern home has an old world charm and a relaxing ambience with cathedral ceilings in the main living area and 10 foot ceilings. Still Waters has recently had renovations with a beautiful new large and fully equipped Hampton style kitchen with top of the range appliances and a handy extra bathroom. The beautiful timber windows and French doors frame the picturesque setting and allow the flow of natural light throughout the home. Enjoy the stunning, ever changing views over a huge dam, beautiful lush farmland towards Wedding Cake Mountain and the blue escarpment behind Berry. Huge outdoor north facing undercover areas pick up the cool summer sea breezes and look west over the dam to take in the amazing sunsets. A beautiful lush 5 acre property to walk around and explore. The farm includes 2 dams and the original windmill which was used when it was as a dry dairy farm. There is an array of special farm animals such as sheep, lambs, goats, pigs, chickens and ducks. The property is home to over 90 species of bird-life throughout the year. This property really has in all! There is even an amazing new top of the range outdoor spa which seats 8 people. This has been built into a new expensive west facing entertaining deck, built to overlook the dam taking in the amazing sunsets and looks out over the beautiful country side and the mountains. You can enjoy a few drinks in evenings evenings or on a cool days or just jump in, recline and have some aqua therapy on the powerful volcano jet. If you are feeling energetic there is plenty to do on the property. With an acre of flat open lush lawns to kick a football, fly a kite or play a family game of cricket, play on the swings or bounce on the huge fully netted trampoline. You can even shoot some baskets or play some table tennis. After that, jump in the row boat or use the kayak or paddle board and explore the massive dam. The dam is clean and fresh and ideal for swimming in during the summer months, just jump off the jetty and cool off. If you are feeling adventurous you could ride your bike 1 km down the road and onto the famous Seven Mile beach, perfectly flat for riding on. Or, if you enjoy golf, you could try one of the many nearby golf courses. There are plenty of beautiful places close by to check such as drawing room rocks and brogers creek. There residence has are two main king bed bedrooms at either end of the residence, one with en-suite. Two other bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and the fifth bedroom has a double and a single. Each room is fitted with fine linen. The main bathroom features a spa bath and a separate toilet. There is now a beautiful new hall guest bathroom. With 3 bathrooms and a beautiful outdoor shower, nobody will have to wait their turn. Both living areas are in separate areas of the house facing north and include TVs, Xbox and very comfortable brand new leather lounges. NBN unlimited WiFi all throughout the house. The second living area has a special Japanese reclining massage chair. (not in current photos) The kitchen will impress the cooking enthusiasts, fully equipped and fitted with 2 Meile ovens and both induction and a volcano gas wok burner for those who love their Asian cooking.
