Welcome to the Island of Rhodes. The apartment is a 32 square meter penthouse with forever un-obstructed views across the channel to Turkey. A very cozy private apartment with expansive patio garden totally private with all day sunshine. The apartment is newly constructed with tile along with wall and floor accents to bring warmth and welcoming atmosphere to Basil's Place. The interior is an open floor plan with an expansive living room, bedroom and shower area. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, two burner stove and oven. All amenities for food preparation are provided to include pots and pans, kettle and cookware. The apartment in Paradisi is located two villages west of Old Town Rhodes in an area where many Greeks reside. The flavor of the village reflects the Greek history, culture and happiness of the times. Enjoy our cafes and restaurants, plus shopping nearby. The apartment offers a very private outside area with views to the warm Aegean Sea. Enjoy evening breezes with your favorite wine as you view the setting sunset off in the distance. Our previous guests always appreciate the privacy and the true sense of the apartment's outstanding comforts. The apartment enjoys dedicated wifi service with validated at 20 mbp download speed for those who may require work related activities while on holiday or stream their favorite films. Our guests truly appreciate this unique service. The beach is 15 minute walk with no high rise or destination resorts to crowd the blue Aegean Sea beaches, as you enjoy our Greek sunshine. The penthouse occupies half the roof which is partitioned. The access to the penthouse is via a secure front door to the complex up the stairs to the unit's front door and patio garden area. I'm available to accommodate my guest's requests within my means and as common sense dictates. The neighborhood is residential, the people friendly and hospitable. The street is relatively quiet to traffic. Most people in the summer are busy at work in tourist related jobs yet there is ample opportunity to mingle if one wishes. Public transport is available. The closest bus stop approximately two hundred meters. Car and scooter rentals are readily available and I am more than happy to help you find a good deal. .
