Set in the beautiful hilly rural region between Ancona and Ascoli Picena, the house is near the pretty medieval village of Montelparo. Situated 500m above sea level, it is just 25 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains. Modern inside but traditionally built, the house has a twin and a double bedroom, two ensuite shower-rooms, a large living/dining room and a fitted kitchen area with a large fridge, a hob and oven. You can eat outside in the small garden, which has beautiful views looking across the Aso valley to the surrounding hilltop towns. Visitors can have access to the hotel’s facilities, including the restaurant, swimming pool, and both indoor and outdoor tennis courts. A short walk away is a riding stable for riding lessons and excursions. The house is all yours for your stay. However its looked after by our neighbours who will be happy to help with any problems This is a great area for Italian cuisine, famous for pasta making, with some excellent restaurants and fantastic local markets. In the summer every village and town holds its own gastronomic festival, many celebrating their medieval past with elaborate costumes, processions tournaments and fireworks. Here, surrounded by the quilted tapestry of the hills, you can sunbathe by the pool, swim, play tennis or go riding. You can spend the day at the seaside, walk in the mountains or visit the many beautiful medieval villages. Ancona and Pescara airports are just over an hours drive away. There is parking and a garage next to the house. There is a washing machine available and a sound system in the living room. White cotton bedlinen and towels provided. Final cleaning is €70 payable at the house.
