Note that depending the price dépends on how many people you are, less than 12, you will only be charged for the 3 appartments, if more than 12, you will have the 4 appartments (unless you require more space and want all appartments and are happy to pay extra for exclusivity of the property). 2 bedroom Appartment - Bedroom 1, double bed 140x200. Sofa Bed downstairs 120x180 (best for children) Studio Appartment - Bedroom downstairs 140x200. Single bed on a mezzanine with very low ceiling (suitable for children). The Annexe - Loft Appartment with double bed 180x200 or 2 single beds and 2 single beds that fold down from the wall. For extra adults, please consult us. The appartments are all on the same property, the 2 bedroom, The Loft appartment and the Annexe are all in the same building, a fully restored 15th/16th century coach house, and the Studio just a few steps away in the main building, completely private with it's own entrance and courtyard. Each appartment has a kitchen, fully equiped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, and private bathrooms(s). 12 kms from the historical village of St. Emilion, and 40 minutes from the beautiful riverside Bordeaux, with it's trendy restaurants and bars, historical attractions and unique shopping. All of this in ground of 1.5 hectares, absolute peace and calm, with a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi (for the brave hearted - access limited on the top floor of a restored pigeon house, and only upon demand/seasonal). The stairs are steep and narrow, but once there the view and the calm are worth it! Smoking is tolerated outside, and airconditioning is not required, with 60 cm thick stone walls, the buildings retain a natural cool even in the heat of summer. It's very rare that the temperature of the buildings gets over 25°c. 7 seater car is also available to rent out by the day or hour, with you as the driver, or as a taxi service, with the capacity for 6 people. Wine tasting in the hundreds of chateauxs in the nearby vicinity, or promenades on the bicycle path that winds through the vineyards and past little villages can fill your days. Extra people will be charged, and I will not accept people that are not in the actual reservation unless authorised by me beforehand. Le logement est principalement une batiment ancien refait en 4 logements, plus une autre studio à 40 metres. Les logements sont tous lié par une couloir, et tous avec les salle des bains privatif et cuisine ou cusinette. Il y a une plus grande appartement avec une grande salon et salle à manger avec table pour 14 personnes. L'endoit est tres agréable pour les groupes comme tout le monde a un peu d'intimité. Appart 4) Rez de Chaussé, lit double 140cm, salle de bain, mini cuisine. Les toutes sont dans la même bâtiment, tout joignable par les terrasse ou la couloir. Le piscine est une piscine avec grande et petit bain. Jacuzzi en haut du pigeonnier. Personnes supplémentaire ne sera pas accepté.
