Meadow View is in a central location to see the best of what both North Wales and the North West has to offer. Whether it's a simple cycle ride to our neighbouring National Trust property Erddig Hall, a flutter on the races at Bangor on Dee, a scenic trip to Llangollen or to see the Roman City of Chester. Newly renovated and completed in August 2020, your stay will include private parking, a full size kitchen, double bed, Wifi and private garden with private Hot Tub! Meadow View is small house perfect for that little get away to the country, but with all the modern features of home. Feels like it is straight out of ‘Tiny house nation’. The decoration is by Laura Ashley 'willow leaf hedgerow' which mirrors the large weeping willow tree in the private back garden with the bubbly hot tub, perfect after a long day, then wake up refreshed to the views across the meadow. Guests will be able to access the front garden of the main property, to access Meadow View there will be a key left in a keysafe which is attached to the property, the code will be sent on confirmation of booking. Contactless arrivals and departures, any problems you have the owners will be close to hand to help you out. Marchwiel is a village situated 2.4 miles outside of Wrexham, a small village with a population of 1379 people. Within the centre of the village there is local pub serving food, a Church dating back to 1778 with many notable names that can be found in the graveyard and also a Village shop, all within easy walking distance. There is also a nature walk along the old railway line that takes you to a small nature reserve and plenty more little footpaths to explore taking you through neighbouring farm land to meet our 'moooo' neighbours. On Friday nights a local Fish and Chip van also frequents the village. There are walking routes connecting the village to Wrexham and Bangor on Dee. A bus stop is situated across the road from the property that will take you further afield to Wrexham which then connects to Chester or Whitchurch. Only a short drive away is Llangollen, Chirk, Whitchurch, Malpas, Bickerton Hill, Chester Zoo and the City Chester. Our local National Trust Property Erddig is a short cycle ride away or walking distance if your up for a moderate challenge. The Wrexham industrial Estate is also a short drive away, handy if you need accommodation for work. We can accommodate 1 night stays for people travelling for business or just require a stop over and don’t require the Hot Tub. Please enquire directly for price. Parking is located off the road on the left hand side of the driveway up against the wooden fence.
