A picturesque 1800 square feet Water Front Villa which is beautifully placed right in the front of a scenic backwater that gives you a healing touch in your leisure moments. The property also comes along with a Shuttle Court and a spacious 19000 square feet area with ample greenery and attain the best feel of a village ambiance. The property is located in PANANGAD Island a calm and peaceful village location very near to COCHIN city, and is fully furnished, 2 Bed with all the modern amenities. The Villa will be bestowed with a fully furnished 2 queen sized air conditioned bed rooms (attached bathrooms), a furnished spacious hall, a fully equipped kitchen, work area, and a scenic sit out towards the river side. Further more, we have 24/7 Wifi connectivity, and has 150 plus TV Channels and ample Parking Space for at-least 4 - 5 large sized SUV's. cycling facility also available for those who wants to explore country sides Guests can access all the facilities in the house as well as the riverside. They can access the river by our canoe and Fishing too I am an open minded person, and feel my guests to have a soothing memorable experience during their time here.
