This independent Cottage stands in the breathtaking French countryside, surrounded by outstanding gardens, and has all amenities in the nearby village of Villebois Lavalette only 5 mins away, (by car) which include Garage, Fuel, Shopping, Pharmace, Boulangers, tourist Office and the magnificent Chateaux. The cottage has a warm welcoming homely feel, accommodation is all on one level and is furnished to an excellent standard. Personal Parking area. There are private gardens surrounding the cottage, where you can relax on the sunloungers, or dine out using the table and chairs. Hosts are available if required only a short distance away, and are only too happy to give help, support and recommendations. The owners are close by, and there is only one other property in the neighbourhood which is out of site. The Night skies are amazing and in summer bring a clear sky full of stars. There is also a large variety of birds and wild life, close to nature. This is a rural setting - TVG train service is available in Angouleme. Local airports are approx 1 - 1.30 hours away...... Bergerac, Limoges, Bordeaux. A car is essential to visit the many exciting and interesting places in the area. The Welcome book is filled with ideas for places to see and restaurants worth a visit.
