West Bathurst Home with a View

My home is in a leafy, quiet & elevated part of Bathurst, a short drive to the CBD with broad views over Bathurst from living areas & veranda. Bedrooms: Down stairs - queen & private large ensuite & TV, large room - 2 king singles & day bed. Upstairs - 1 double bed bedroom& 1 king single bedroom. For a couple sharing the queen bed select one guest. For Bathurst 1000 and major events please enquire for rates. Enquire to check for early check in, blocked dates, or special offer. The house is two storey, the large bedroom is downstairs and quite private. The two other bedrooms are upstairs and would share the main bathroom. All bedrooms have, electric blankets, spare blankets, draws & bedside lamps. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and a chair lift. The back yard is divided into two areas and has a family BBQ. House rules are non smoking, no parties and leave the kitchen clean and tidy. Guest can access kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry, deck and back yards - shared areas. Use of garage is also available. I normally would meet guests and show them around and have a folder detailing house information. There is a key safe should you arrive late or if I am away. There is a shopping area 2 kms away with an IGA, GP Practice, chemist, newsagent, butcher, take away cafe and bottle shop. The CBD is a 6 minute drive to cafes, restaurants, hotels and clubs. There is a bus to the CBD and many of the street have connecting lanes to vary walking routes. There is a chair lift from downstairs to the upstairs level. For a healthy drink there is a 3 phase water filter in the kitchen. Kitchen is a good size and fully equipped - oils, seasonings etc are also provided.
