Cosy & Luxary Flat in the heart of Anatolian Side

The flat has a large living room (app 25 sq meter) that has a sofa bed for two people as well as dinner table, arm chairs etc, an open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed for two people. Our building is a big one and app 500 solo flats. The building is across Watergarden Reacreation Resort (photos ) where there are watershows, movies, theatre, shops, all sorts of restaurants (over 50), cafes etc. Ulker Sports Arena and many other attractive places are just in walking distance. There are open and closed swimming pools although closed one requires membership but guests can use the open one. There are walking and jogging fields in the neighborhood. In the building, there are hair dressers, convenient shop, cafe and tabldot food serving in the building. Also there is a sports gym that is not free for guests. Guests can use the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In the living room there are a big flat screen TV, cable TV, Netflix TV, Wi-Fi, couch that is also a convertable bed for two people, dinner table that can hold 4 people, all kitchen needs for 4 people, big size refrigerator, deep-freezer, full system washing machine, dish washer, kettle, air conditioning, everything that can be needed are supplied. The bedroom has a queen bed for two people as wellas shelves and cupboards. We live at another flat on the same building. It is also a home office so that we are at the building most of the time. We can help in any case if guests contact us. Just across the street there is Watergarden Reacreation Rresort ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) there are plenty of gastronomy places ( Bistro, Cafe, Restaurants) such as Starbucks, Kahve Dunyası, Ozsut, Burger King, Daily Dana, House Cafe, Midpoint,Alacatı Muhallebicisi, Kasibeyaz etc. Also there are department stores, grocery, fresh food, show pool where music, fire, water shows are done. It is similar to Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas The flat has own covered parking place. Public transportation is very near, app 50 meters Guests can reach to all points of the city easily. There are parks, walking, joggings fields in close distance. Check - in can be done between 09.00 - 18.00 on business days. But flat usage mostly can e free after 14.00 hours. Because the leaving guest has right to check out up to 11.00 and there must be some time for cleaning and preparation. Other days and hours might be possible if contacted and talked in time advance.
