A total of 10 guests can stay in the Main House with an additional 7 guests staying in the Pool House. Yes, you read that right, I said Pool House! There is an epic heated pool (26 degrees) and spa (38 degrees) at Lake House #4 that you get exclusive access to! The back deck and pool area look out onto beautiful Mount Edward while the front deck captures views of Lake Moogerah, you’re spoiled with the magnificent views which are also captured from Moogerah Lake Houses 1, 2 and 3. Did we mention you can sleep up to 17 guests on this property! The Pool House has two bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other with a triple bunk bed and a regular bunk bed (all single beds). *available for an additional fee Right from the drive up to this incredible property you get the feel of what is yet to come. The expansive front deck opens right up into the main living and kitchen area with magnificent views of the Lake. The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, full modern kitchen and bathrooms to die for, laundry facilities in the garage downstairs.. and the list goes on. The bathroom has a feature bathtub with a really cool feature, a window with a view overlooking the pool and Mount Edward, and when you want some privacy with a flick of a switch the electric window becomes frosted. The master bedroom also has an ensuite. The backyard is beyond words, you have to see it to believe it! Adding to the luxury and appeal of Moogerah Lake House #4 is a 4 person Hot Stone Sauna, a backyard fire pit for the cooler nights, a sandpit at the front under the deck and hidden in the garage is the Ultimate Kids Hangout *additional fees apply* set up with a ball pit, bean bags and Gaming console all ready for your kids to enjoy while you get to have a real holiday and have some fun yourself. The grassed area at the back of the property is in fact Government land and is there to be enjoyed but you cannot put the fire pit on the grass or any permanent structure of any kind. You can however take your foldout lawn chairs out there chill out and soak up the country air. A game of backyard cricket is ok just like it would be if it were on your footpath at home but we ask that you please respect your neighbours. We provide all Sheridan linen, Sheridan towels and pool towels, all that you need to bring are your groceries, drinks and a good time.
