Corellas on Corundum Cottage - wine not?

Everything is in walking distance including the park where the Apple and Grape Festival will be held again in 2022. Drive your car or catch one of the local buses to visit the local wineries. Upon your return from a day out enjoy a wine and catch up with family or friends while the wood heater warms you. Alternatively sit on the back deck or front verandah and watch the wildlife. The home has all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay for six people but an additional foldaway bed with inner spring mattress can be prepared for a seventh person if required. There is also a portacot available upon request. For a larger group Rosellas on Corundum Cottage, Margaret's second Cosy Country Cottage located next door sleeps up to nine and both houses could be booked to accommodate up to sixteen guests. You will find ample bedding and heating to ensure you are all warm and cosy. Eat in or dine out within the town or local region. You will enjoy access to the full house apart from unused bedrooms which will be locked for the guest's protection to reduce the spread of COVID 19. This practice is to protect guests and is in line with current Airbnb cleaning policy. If you are booking for two people and require two bedrooms, the third bedroom will be locked. If you are booking for a couple, the second and third bedroom will be locked. There is ample space in the backyard for activities and garage space for two cars. We are available to guests throughout their stay and can be communicated with by phone, email or text. The Corellas on Corundum Cottage is located next door to Rosellas on Corundum, Margaret’s Cosy Country Cottages and if booked together can accommodate up to 16 guests otherwise is self sufficient and caters for up to 7 guests. It is located walking distance to the town centre where there are pubs, cafes, restaurants, RSL Club, local park with swimming pool. The Apple and Grape festival is held bi-annually, the next festival being in March 2022 with additional activities occurring the week prior. The parade commences in our street. There is a carport which can accommodate two cars. There is also ample parking on the street, backyard or in the driveway. There are local tour buses to take you to the wineries. There is also a regular bus service to and from Brisbane. You can also hire bikes and ride around Stanthorpe and the surrounding area. You are in walking distance to the Stanthorpe art gallery located in the library building. In the house, there is a manual with summaries of restaurants, wineries, national parks, local activities and tourist attractions. There are local maps and winery tour guides to undertake your own tours. Feel free to take as many brochures you need to plan your stay. During the summer season, firewood is not supplied, only from April to September.
