In the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, Snowdon House is ideal for a relaxing or adventure filled break with climbing, scrambling and public footpaths to the Snowdon Horseshoe, the Glyders and Crib Gock on your door step. Ample parking, hot tub, high speed WI-FI, 3 patio areas for lazy family BBQs & the awesome mountain scenery. The house has 4 double bedrooms and a twin all with great views and three seperate bathrooms. Hot tub, mountains, sauna, mountains, free high speed wifi, three patio areas with furniture and BBQ. There are two lounge areas with ancient inglenook fireplaces with log burning stoves for those cosy winter nights. The house has double glazing and central heating with underfloor heating in the large well equiped kitchen. Private parking, a pub serving food and real ales - a 5 minute walk and Llanberis just three miles away with restaurants and pubs and for all you shopping needs. All the house facilities patios and hot tub are for the exclusive use of our guests. We do not live on site but always available by phone, email or personal visit if there are any problems We are situated at the foot of the iconic Llanberis Pass at the foot of Snowdon, village pub a 5 minute walk, village of Llanberis just 3 miles away, beaches, castles, steam trains, zip wires, walking, hiking, climbing - the list is endless - all on the doorstep. Within a short walk there are the public footpaths to the Glyders, Elidir Fawr and we are on the best route for the 15 Peaks. There are several scrambles opposite the house, Bryants Gully is just up the road and you can walk to the best climbs in the Llanberis Pass such as Crackstone Rib, Carreg Wastad, Dinas Mot, Cemetery Gates and Cenotaph Corner. Bangor train station is 8 miles away, and we have a regular bus service in the "Snowdon Sherpa" that stops outside the house and during the summer there is a bus roughly every 20 minutes that travel clockwise and anti-clockwise around Snowdon allowing you to go up on one path and down on another. A reliable taxi service is also available. We are less than 10 miles from the A55 Expressway. The house is central r all of the Top Ten Attractions in North Wales. Grocery deliveries can be ordered with Tesco Bangor. Caernarfon and Bangor are onlt 10 miles away for everything that you might need. Leave some time to try the fantastic Zip Wire, Surf Snowdonia, Bounce Below, scuba diving in Vivian Quarry, paragliding, coastering etc. We can also organise beauty treatments at the house as well as babysitting services.
