There is no driveway access. The house is located behind another house at the front of the block. There are a few stairs leading up to the property. The place is very private and screened off from the front and adjoining properties with lush gardens and trees. The private garden is large with a fire pit, hammock, a large deck with outdoor lounge/dining areas, and a top balcony off the main bedroom. The house is split over 2 levels, with bedrooms upstairs and living/kitchen/bathroom downstairs. To access the top floor you must climb 12 stairs. On the mezzanine at the top of the stairs is the second bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom is open plan and you walk past this space to access the main bedroom. The main bedroom is in a separate room with a queen bed, its own balcony, and a loft space with a single bed. Access to the loft is via ladder stairs and not suitable for very young children or the elderly.
