Single room with exclusive use of separate bathroom in quiet house with countryside views from the bedroom. Modern, furnished, small single room. (There is also a double room for rent in the house which needs to be booked separately..the single room can only accommodate 1, the double room 2). There is a single bed. Open -plan rack for clothes storage. Drawers for additional storage. Medium sized table for working on, laptop etc. Guests have exclusive use of separate modern bathroom which won't be shared by other guests. There is a shared fridge and microwave available for guests on the landing near the bedrooms. A strict COVID-friendly cleaning regime is now in place which includes an electric defogging machine to sanitise the room completely between lettings. The spray product used is completely safe and bio-degradable and kills Coronavirus. Parking on the drive and other spaces on the cul-de-sac. Can do breakfast/evening meal at extra cost, but this just depends on my working hours. I could also offer you a homemade frozen meal if I know in advance (if you are not keen on processed ready meals!) House and cul-de-sac is quiet and peaceful on edge of open country. Pubs, eating places are within walking distance. Big Sainsbury's 12 minutes walk. Washing machine , internet access and wi-fi included. Charging for electric car (extra cost) Nearby for NCN ( Sustrans) 33. Bikes can be locked in garden, which is enclosed and secure. There is a mountain bike which can be used by guests. Train station 20 minutes walk. Bus-stop to Weston, three minutes walk. Bristol Airport: With the new A3 Bristol Airport Weston Flyer service being introduced my place is a convenient place for a stay before or after a flight, and a good place to park your car. The A3 bus leaves from Worle Sainsbury’s for the airport 19 minutes past the hour from 03.19 until 22.19. (URL HIDDEN) Book online, or pay on the bus: (URL HIDDEN) Fare £5 single, £7 return. You can reach Worle Sainsbury’s bus-stop from my place a number of ways: 1. Walk…..takes about 12 minutes 2. Taxi…….takes 3 minutes, costs about £5 3. Walk to Kelston Road bus stop ( 3 minutes) and take the No 7 bus to Worle Sainsbury’s. This service is only available 7.00am -23.00 approx. 4. If I’m free I’m happy to drive you up there! I usually have a spare space on my drive which I can offer at £1 per night for those who aren't staying but wish to leave their cars while they are on holiday.(Cash payable when you arrive). If unavailable you can usually park at the end of the cul-de-sac quite easily for free. ( If you are staying at the property, the parking, of course, is free!) You will have a single room with exclusive use of the bathroom next door along the landing. You also have access to the garden and the utility room. I live at the property so am very happy to help you with local information. I have tried to re-organise the property post-Covid that guests have minimal interactions with others. You will share the front door, hall and landing (and the guest microwave and fridge on the landing). Worle is 4.5 miles from the beach and town centre at Weston super Mare. The property is 5 minutes drive from M5 J21. The house is in a quiet cut-de-sac on a pleasant residential estate. There are lovely walks, runs or cycles over the tracks and fields directly behind the house. Amenities such as supermarkets and pubs are plentiful in walking distance.
