Steps in front of the sea bring to the outside part of the apartment, in an amazing patio with sofas and a dining table for an outdoors lunch. The house is full of light and bright Mediterranean colours. On the ground floor there is a large airconditioned living room with a beautyfull view of the sea, very large sea facing windows protected by iron gates, well furnished with sofa, armchairs, dining table, a fully equipped kitchen area and 1 kingsized room with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are one kingsized room and one double, with two bathrooms. The rooms are small but very cozy. All the bedrooms have the windows opening inside the livingrooms. A private outdoor stair brings you to the beach in few steps. Near the gate of the beach there is a fresh water shower. During the summer the villa staff sets up beach umbrellas and sun beds for the guests. Insect disinfestations are made on a regular basis, so there are no insects to worry about. IL MONTE CIRCEO E LE DUNE DI SABAUDIA Incastonato tra le località turistiche di San Felice Circeo e Sabaudia, raggiungibile con un’ora di macchina da Roma, disteso tra le acque del Mar Tirreno e del Lago di Paola vi è il Promontorio del Circeo, il cui profilo somiglia ad un viso femminile addormentato “… e udirono Circe che dentro una bella voce cantava tessendo una tela grande, immortale, come sono i lavori che fanno le dee …” (dal X libro dell’Odissea di Omero). Ai piedi del Promontorio del Circeo, alto oltre 520 metri, lo spettacolo visivo della Duna del Litorale di Sabaudia: gioiello naturale di una duna costiera, unica in Italia, che si estende per ben venticinque chilometri di spiaggia bianca, contornata dalla profumata vegetazione mediterranea, bagnata dalle acque marine verdi cristalline, e da quattro laghi costieri, mete naturalistiche e faunistiche. Di fronte, le splendide Isole Pontine sono raggiungibili in circa un’ora di traghetto: Zannone, Palmarola, Ponza e Ventotene. Quest’ultime abitate da pescatori in tipici borghi e dotate di struggenti paesaggi con scogliere frastagliate. La costa e le isole sono ricomprese all’interno del Parco Nazionale del Circeo, aree italiane protette per l’alto valore naturalistico della biodiversità marina. Il grande bosco del Parco Nazionale del Circeo, visitabile liberamente, è attraversato da numerose piste ciclabili e da sentieri pedonali che si snodano per decine di chilometri, dai laghi costieri e dalle spiagge fino alla cima del Promontorio del Circeo. Lungo i laghi sono anche previste escursioni in canoa. Nell’entroterra sono visitabili grotte paleolitiche, siti archeologici romani, borghi medievali, musei di storia e civiltà rurale, oltre alle rinomate città gioiello dell’Architettura Razionalista Italiana: Latina, Sabaudia e Pontinia. Non mancano interessanti itinerari enogastronomici, impianti ed attrezzature sportive per le attività acquatiche e remiere, l’equitazione, la vela, il tennis, il beach volley, la pesca d’altura, e - poi - per il completo relax anche di tutta la famiglia.
