Easy access to Public Transport, cycle pathways and lovely walks. 20 minutes from Gold Coast Airport. 15 minutes to beachfront. Close to Bond University. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The central location allows easy access to all that the Gold Coast has to offer. The private room features a double bed & is perfect for couples & singles. Our gated estate is quiet & secure. You have onsite parking. The space Your private room is on the first level and features a double bed, writing desk & lamp, ample storage & hanging space with hangers. Your room is next to your private bathroom which is for your exclusive use. All necessary linen, towels & most shower toiletries are supplied. You are most welcome to use laundry facilities. You have use of your own fridge. Everything else is shared space. The outside verandah offers a quiet and private work space, which has an outdoor electrical point, so that you're able to plug in your device. We have NBN wi-fi so it is convenient to work from home. A set of keys and an electronic tag will be supplied to allow you access to open the vehicle entry gates, so you can come and go at your leisure. You’re quite welcome to use the swimming pool. We also have a lock box, if you're unable to book in when we are not at home, although we enjoy meeting our guests on arrival and welcoming them. While we are considerate of your privacy, we are always on hand for a chat and any advice you may need about the area. Happy to pick you up from Robina Train Station, particularly if you have flown into Brisbane Airport. Robina is easily accessed off M1 motorway, 1 hour from Brisbane and 1 hour from Byron Bay, and is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer. Robina Town Centre is the bus route hub, so you have public transport access in all directions. You're also 10 minutes walk from the train station. This is a non-smoking home so we ask our guests to respect this. Unlimited NBN wifi access.
