Apartment in beautiful monumental neighbourhood, just 100 m. from the Kralingse Plas (forrest/lake). Two bedrooms, living (convertible to 3rd bedroom), bathroom and kitchen, fully equiped. Recreational area with boating, playgrounds, BBQ area at the end of the street. The apartment is exclusively available for long term stays for 3 prs. Erasmus University and city centre are just 10 minutes by bike, tram or subway. The apartment is exclusively available for long term stays. The apartment (±50m2) is fully equipped with kitchen and complete cooking gear. Basic cooking stuff like oil and vinegar, sugar, salt 'n pepper, tea and coffee are already there. Blankets, towels and bed linen too. Washing machine present. No dryer, sorry. Wireless internet and cable TV. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room that can also be used as a bedroom. It has three beds, one of which is a double. Each room is accessible from the hallway or kitchen and can be locked. There is a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is suitable for 3 long stay guests. Perhaps less fit for a todler with the open staircase. It is situated 2,3 km from Erasmus University. Close to the building is a (guarded) playground for young kids. You will find shops and supermarket within a 5 minutes walk. Many nice restaurants in the area as well. There is plenty of parking space in the streets around the building. During week days from 9am to 6pm it is paid parking. Parking costs around 14 euro a day. Weekend parking is FREE. Shops, restaurants, take away food around the corner. Bicycle available. Everything possible, nothing required as long as you respect the neighbors. I ask to be quiet at night since the first floor is also rented out and the building is somewhat noisy.
