The villa is composed of 9 double bedrooms with bathrooms, all with 22” Full Hd Tv, for a total of 18 guests-plus 2 (two of the bedrooms are triple and 7 of the remaining double beds can be converted it two singles as needed). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. There is wi-fi connection in the whole house. There is also a lounge room with fireplace , 46” Full Hd Tv, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole structure is equipped with a floor cooling or heating system. The main villa consists of the ground floor, the mezzanine floor, and the first floor. The villa is equipped with a wood oven, and in the annex you can find a health area with a Jacuzzi for 6 people, a sauna for 5 and a Uva lamp. The garden offers a beautiful swimming pool with the possibility of heating the water for the evening. Near the pool there is a gazebo, which is equipped with outdoor lounge, behind which there is an outdoor table with chairs covered by a sail, in order to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outside, maybe using Bbq or brick oven. Ground Floor: The main hall has a fire place, a central arch and beamed ceiling. There is also a dining room for 20 people and a fully equipped kitchen. Mezzanine floor: It has a laundry and 2 double bedrooms (one of which has access to the outside of the villa) with private bathroom with shower and Sat Tv. First Floor: 5 double bedrooms with bathrooms with shower and Sat Tv, and 2 of these bedrooms are'suites' (canopy, bed with another additional bed). 2 of the rooms have private access to the garden.
