Also the Annex has a separate kitchen where a welcome pack including breakfast will be available. c.7 mins from Cullompton junction 28 on the M5. Professional home in Devon Village with free parking. The kitchen area includes a fridge, tea tray, induction hob, kettle, toaster and George foreman grill. Guests also have the following provisions available: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels, iron and ironing board. TV, WiFi & hairdryer. Animal & smoke free home. You will have the property to yourself offering complete privacy. We’re a working couple but live next door to the property. If there is a problem we’re happy to help obviously but would prefer contact through phone as we have a family also. Bradninch is a quiet village surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside. There are some lovely walks around with stunning views. We have 1 shop which sells everything, 2 pubs of which one serves food on Fridays only; less than 5 mins away by car The Merry Harriers pub with great food served all week. Lovely nature walks abound, the National Trust Killerton Estate is 5 mins away by car. Exmouth beach is 25 mins away and our favourite Lyme Regis beach is 45 mins away. Exeter city is about 25 mins away, Antique towns like Honiton and Tiverton 30 mins by car. Our nearest town is Cullompton about 5 minutes away by bus or car just off JNC 28 of M5. There are 2 large supermarkets i.e. Aldi & Tesco in Cullompton as well as a selection of small shops, cafes, McDonalds and Costa Coffee. Mr Crispin in Bradninch is our local taxi man, we recommend guests use if needed (usually for weddings + parties). Early booking is advised. This small family business really look after their customers offering a flexible service. A Bus stop is 2 minutes away for the 1, 1a and 1b regular service. Buses run to the City of Exeter ( 24 minute trip) together with Cullompton ( 5 minute trip) and Tiverton ( 22 minute trip). Train to London via Tiverton Parkway (around 17 mins drive away) takes 2.10 hours to London Paddington. Pinhoe station (around 10 mins drive or a bus ride away) for the Waterloo line ( 3 hrs 17 mins to London) . If you have a car there are lots of options to access towns, gardens and seaside resorts. Exeter city is around 25 mins drive time as is Taunton via the M5. Exeter Airport is around 9 miles away (around 20 mins drive time). Local attractions like the National Trust are plentiful we have an extensive resource folder for guests. Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, biscuits and other essentials are available.
