The apartment is ideal for visiting the wonders of Florence. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. It is a 10-minute walk from Stazione Leopolda. Kitchen: fridge-freezer, dining table, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine, electric kettle, cooking utensils, traditional oven and microwave. Living room: sofa bed and TV. Access to the balcony with French window. Double bedroom: double bed, chest of drawers, two armchairs, television. Second bedroom: two single beds, built-in wardrobe and TV. Bathroom: large shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and washbasin with mirror. Extras: Wifi, heating, A / C, iron, hairdryer and clothesline. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment. The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights. The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.
