Villa Semeder

Set in Virpazar, 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Villa SEMEDER provides a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a garden with a barbecue. This villa features a terrace. The Host can offer helpful tips for getting around the area. Villa Semeder was built in 1980. It was renovated in 2017 and is located near Virpazar, in the famous Crmnica village Zabes-Boljevici. Guests have fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV, air conditioning, dining table, bedroom and bathroom. Feauturing a shower and a washing machine, the bathroom also comes with free toiletries and a hair dryer. The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful view on Virpazar and on the Castle Besac. Our goal is that guests can feel like at home, so besides house, our guest can use every space around our garden. I am pleased to assist my guests in anything I can. We are only 19 km away from the Podgorica airport, 24 km from the nearest city on the sea shore - Bar, 1.3 km away from the Virpazar - tourist center of the lake. This location is ideal for visiting all the beauties of Skadar Lake, and also it is great if you want to visit Montenegro on your own. Bus and train station are less then 3 km away. Vila Semeder is located at 1.2km from Skadar Lake and Virpazar, where quest can find traditional restaurants and taverns, a supermarket and a market. Above Virpazar on a few minutes walk is castle Besac from 15 century, around you can find planty hiking routes, cultural atraction, wineries.
