Just to clarify, you are the only occupants of the cottage. Step out onto the vast expanse of lawn hugged by soothing water filled with wildlife, and enjoy the solace of the estate all to yourself! Sit in the white Adirondack Chair with your crossword and Words With Friends (because yes, there's WiFi!). You suddenly realize you need a few more groceries for your grilling tonight, so you hop on your bike and breeze through to the Acme in St. Michaels where all of your needs are met. You stay for lunch and eat in Foxy's, a bohemian Bar & Grill located on a charming marina, and you watch the yachts come in. On your bike ride home, you stop into Chesapeake Landing, and pick up some smoked Blue Fish for your hors d'oeuvres that evening. Once home, pop open your favorite wine ( or boil up some relaxing green tea) and take in the sight of the fish jumping in the cove and then take in the night sky without the glaring city lights.
