Apartment has a beautiful large terrace from which you will enjoy one of the best views in Karlobag. Apartment is situated in quiet area of Karlobag. You are our only guests at the time. Our guests can enjoy whole [upper] apartment as it is separate unit in the house. In addition to the basic equipment in the apartment, there is a barbecue and furniture on the terrace to enjoy while you are not at sea. The price of the apartment includes all appliances, including air conditioning. The price of the apartment includes the final cleaning (which we do thoroughly). Each unit in the house is separate, so you will have complete privacy and comfort. Depending on the time of reservation, there is a chance we might be sometimes there, we enjoy our house as well. But even then, you will mostly be alone on the premises. Either way, there are no common rooms or spaces that we share. When booking, let us know everything you need and what you want us to prepare outside the standard offer in order to possibly provide the requested. Quiet and uncrowded location. Unobstructed view. House and garden landscaped. It is the easiest to do sightseeing and move around by foot. Accommodation is close to the center (Karlobag is a small town). We recommend the car in case you want to visit the surroundings (beaches, Velebit, Pag ...) There are several beaches in the town center that are suitable for all ages. The price that will be displayed to you upon inquiry is the highest price, before the discounts we grant (i.e. the additional fees we charge for pets or short stays). We give a 50 % discount for children up to 13 years of age. Children up to 4 years of age are free of charge. The first 10 guests in the season receive an additional 20% discount, regardless of the dates and length of arrival. The basic price displayed is for one and/or two guests. The fee of 60 kn (8 €) for each additional guest is reduced for the fifth guest to 37,50 kn (5 €). Pets are welcome and can move around the yard. Overnight charge for a pet is 37,50 kn (5 €). Surcharge in case of a overnight stay is 50 % of the price. Surcharge in case of a two night stay is 25 % of the price. The final price includes the sojourn tax. We will determine the final price in accordance with our agreement prior to the booking. The current price list is transparent and displayed in the apartment in Croatian Kunas (and Euros as a reference for foreign guests). All possible subsequent issues will be resolved in the best possible manner and agreement with our guests. We are available to recommend excursions or other activities.
