Whole Private Floor - 2 Double rooms + Hot Tub

We are offering dog LOVING visitors the following: 2 double bedrooms inside on lower private floor with heating, large flat screen TV's, and use of our lovely hot tub (adults only). Both have tea/coffee machines. Private shower room between both rooms. Also enjoy the large garden and BBQ ! We look forward to welcoming you. NOTE: This booking price is for BOTH double rooms sleeping up to 4 guests. *No smoking on the premises *Solo the dog lives upstairs so you may hear the odd woof! Indoors: Your own private floor can sleep up to 4 guests with 1 double bed and 1 luxury double sofa bed. The second bedroom can be used as a spacious lounge before folding out the sofa bed, with large flat screen TV and coffee/tea making facilities in both rooms. Both rooms are also lockable. All towels and bed linen will be provided for your stay. Private shared shower room between the two rooms along with fridge freezer and microwave. There is a small area for food preparation and warming food (Not suitable for larger meals). Use of the gym (treadmill, small free weights and multigym) is also included before 9pm. Outdoors: The Hot Tub is also yours for the duration of your stay any time before 11pm, perfect for those cosy nights in – separate towels also provided. Also feel free to make use of the large garden area, along with a standalone kettle BBQ and new patio furniture. Both rooms, hot tub and garden area come with the complete privacy of the lower floor, meaning you can enjoy your time without worry or distractions. Free on property private parking. Additional Information: During your stay you may also meet Solo, our 3 year-old Dalmatian. He is extremely friendly, you can spend as much or as little time with him as you please. You may just hear the odd woof now and then ! We will be living upstairs but will never need to come down into your space. You also have your own private entrance. He will not be in your accommodation but you may hear the odd woof. We are in a quiet cul-de-sac with only 4 detached houses; a five-minute walk from St Austell town centre with many shops, pubs and restaurants. We are also a minute walk from McDonalds, KFC, Tesco Express and a 24 petrol station for snacks and drinks. Local recommendations: -Eden Project -Lost Gardens of Heligan -A handful of gorgeous beaches within a 15-minute drive: Pentewan Beach – Golden sandy beach, perfect for swimming Porthpean Beach – A smaller beach with beautiful water and seal families often spotted. Also the filming location for 2013 Movie ‘About Time’ Charlestown – Small coastal village which harbours tall ships, often used in films. Many great pubs and restaurants. Carlyon Bay – Huge stretch of golden sand, perfect for a relaxed day at the beach. Polkerris Beach – Small seaside village with opportunities to fish off the harbour wall and great pub Further Afield recommendations: - North Coast Beaches: Fistral Beach - Perfect for surfing and water sports - St Michaels Mount - Lands’ End and Minnack Theatre - Poldark’s Mine *I will also leave local food/drink recommendations in your accommodation. A car is advisable however we are a ten minute walk from St Austell Train station on the main Paddington to Penzance line and bus transport is reasonable. New second indoor bedroom can double up as a comfortable lounge so all four guests can relax together. As mentioned before, Solo the Dalmatian.
