Studio (own entrance, kitchen, bathroom & balcony)

We own a small studio (1 room apartment) next door to our own apartment. It is efficient and comfortable with its own entrance, bathroom, balcony and new kitchen. Very close to transportation (direct to DTU, Lyngby & Copenhagen), nature and shopping. Refurbished (in fact we had the walls, wooden floors and ceiling completely redone - new kitchen, new appliances and furniture. Measuring around 33 sqm in total (DK BBR measurement), the 1 room apartment is certainly not big, but the layout is efficient and you could easily do worse in a hotel. The studio used to have its own address, but this address has officially been merged into our address. So technically you will be renting space within our apartment even though you are living in a separate area. Sounds confusing? Don't worry - it's not. The studio still has its own, separate front door, small entrance with cupboards, main room with its own separate kitchen, a balcony and - most importantly - your own, private bathroom :-) We live right next door, so if you need help we will most likely be there to lend a hand and offer some advice in terms of shopping, transport, etc. We do not imagine that you are coming to Denmark for the pleasure of our company and we are quite busy (2 energetic boys + full time jobs) - so we will certainly not intrude on your privacy. Safe, quiet, green and yet still conveniently close to everything you need. About 400m walking distance to: - Bus stop: Amongst others bus 190, which takes you direct to DTU (Danmarks Tekniske Universitet / Technical University of Denmark) in about 10 minutes. Bus 184 runs to Lyngby and CPH, but it is faster and more convenient to use the S-Tog (see below) - Virum Station, from where the electric S-Tog runs to Lyngby (+- 4-5 minutes) and most Copenhagen stations, i.e. Østerport Station within +-22 minutes. - Free parking on the street. Parking on the premises only for loading / unloading. TV - you will be able to access at least 1 streaming service (we usually have at least 2-3 at any given time) as well as the basic / free Danish TV channels.
