Private room in Bocaue

The place is in a multi-unit building at the second floor with its own private entrance. This private room can comfortably accommodate three backpackers who are just staying for the night or looking for a place to sleep in and freshen up. The room has a full-sized bed with a single pullout bed that can accommodate three persons comfortably. It has its own bathroom with a shower and a closet. Guests will have access to the entire room. If I won’t be available, my assistant Arnold will be available when needed. Villa Zaragosa is a subdivision infront of the Philippine Arena just across NLEX. Schools (St. Paul College of Bocaue), hospitals, municipal hall, convenience stores (7-Eleven and AlfaMart), coffee shop (Stride Coffee) and resorts (Dreamwave Resort) is just within a kilometer radius. The unit is located infront of the Clubhouse of the subdivision. It is also near a basketball court. Sari-sari store is just a house away and a water refilling station is at the next block. Tricycles are available 24 hours within the subdivision. You may find jeepneys and buses at the Gate 2 of the subdivision (near Caltex station) along Gov. F. Halili Ave that may take you to almost any point within Bulacan and Metro Manila. How to get to Villa Zaragosa: If you have your own vehicle, take North Luzon Expressway (NLEX). At the Bocaue exit, turn left at Gov. F. Halili Ave. if coming from Manila and turn right if coming from Pampanga. Turn left at the street beside the Caltex station to Gate 2 of the subdivision. Just go straight and turn left at the basketball court. We are at the third block. If commuting from Cubao, take the German Espiritu Bus Line. It passes by Gate 2 of the subdivision beside the Caltex gas station along Gov. F. Halili Ave. Take a tricycle to take you to Blk 77 Lot 1. If coming from North EDSA, take buses going to Bocaue or Sta. Maria. You may also take the Point-to-point bus from Trinoma to Sta. Maria. Take off at Gov. F. Halili Ave. and take a tricycle to Villa Zaragoza Blk 77 Lot 1.
