The ground floor kitchen has a breakfast table and access to the terrace/garden. Is immerced in a really large half fanned property, with pines and olive trees. An excellent quality of extra - vergin olive oil certified ("DOP") is produced from olives harvested in the olive grove . From June to September the Villa provides a very quiet base to relax and explore the many areas of interest and beauty that this part of Italy has to offer. Near Milan and the main attraction of The lake Como as Villa Melzi, Villa Serbelloni, Villa Balbianello and many others. During July-August the number of tourists in this area increases, making the area busier . More people are drawn to the spectacular beach running along the entrance of the property. The beach infact is just a step out of the main gate. Ideally for family or a group of friends that wish to enjoy beeing together. Onno is a small , characteristic village sat on the east shore of the lake. Here you will have the opportunity to mix with locals , having a cappuccino in the local cafe' in the hart of the village. Nice restaurants are at walking distance from the main gate. A footpath in the wood will introduce you to another point of view and another way to reach the village. Since it's a foot path in the wood is a very good adventure for kids , not to walk in the night but surely fun for a sunny or foggy day where a diserved gelato will be the end of a good experience . Bellagio center with it's port, shops,cafes ,restaurants is easy accessible by the main road. Car or small van suggested to arrive in this area. the intire property is at your desposal, please care about it. I'll be always a "message away", if you'll need it. What I belive that makes the plus is certanly the spectacular position. You could rent the villa for a longer term and make real your passion. I suggest to arrive by private or rental car to have the freedom of reaching Bellagio centre when you'll wish . 2bars and 2 restaurants are walking distance , also an ice-cream shop and a little market to every day grocery. Boat and bus station are near and if you just make 6 steps outside the gate ... you'll meet the entrance to the beach! Starting from september 1st 2017 the municipality of Oliveto Lario has estabilished a city tax with a city council resolution n.27 The tax is applied to the overnight stays on non-residents on municipality of Oliveto lario for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. For this holiday villa the tax amounts to Euro 1 per person ,per night . Children up to 11 years old don't pay.
