King Bed with ensuite & Parking - Larbert

Welcome to our lovely home! We are conveniently located for road links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and Forth Valley hospital so are an excellent base for exploring the Scottish Central belt. Larbert train station is 1.8miles from the house and can be reached by car/ taxi or a 30min walk. Direct links to Edinburgh/Glasgow/Stirling/Dundee can be reached from this station. Students for Forth Valley hospital looking for longer term stays are also welcome. Any questions please get in touch! Guests will be sharing our beautiful home during their stay. We are taking all necessary precautions to protect you and us against COVID-19. Hand sanitiser and masks are available at the door, guests are welcome to wear masks if this makes them feel more comfortable however please note we will not be wearing a mask. Cleaning stations are also set up around the house to help you feel safe during your stay. Whilst sharing our home, rest assured you and your guests will be the only booking, so all bathroom facilities will be for your private use as we have our own bathroom facilities. Children are welcome but please include them in your number of guests. The number of rooms booked is determined by the number of people you book for. Please get in touch if you have any questions. For 1-2 guests; You will have access to your own private room with king size bed, tv with Netflix, built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with double shower cubicle. For bookings of 3-4 people; There is a second double bedroom (next to the King bedroom) with private access to the family bathroom, with bath & shower. Both bedrooms are located next to each other. Please message if you have any questions! Bedrooms are accessed on the first floor of the house, therefore it is necessary to climb stairs. WiFi is accessible throughout the house. Early check in may be available on some days so please ask in advance. Also please get in touch if you are looking for a longer term booking! Guests will have private use of booked bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen, dining and outdoor space is also accessible to guests. Private on drive parking available for 2 cars. We are happy for guests to make themselves at home but both my partner and myself will be available to answer any questions and will greet guests on check in. Newly built house in modern residential estate near the village of Larbert/Stenhousemuir It is not recommended you stay at the property unless you have a car or are happy to walk/pay for taxis to get to the nearby train station. Driving is the easiest option, with good motorway links to Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling as well as train links from Larbert train station. Sainsbury’s local a 2minute drive/10minute walk from the house as well as a few take aways including Indian, Fish & Chips, Pizza. There is also a newly opened coffee shop!
