Melaka is a small city. The tourists attraction sites are in 3 main areas; Bandaraya City Centre, Air Keroh & Alor Gajah. My place is in the middle of the 3 areas; within 5-15km distant to any of the areas. Situated only 10 minutes away from Ayer Keroh exit. My place is a single storey Semi D with 4 & a half rooms, Fully aircond, 2 toilets, living, kitchen with cuckoo, dining areas & BBQ hut, LED TV with unifi TV channels & free 100mbps wifi by unifi. The 2 bathrooms are with water heater. My place is in the middle of the 3 areas (Bandaraya City Centre, Air Keroh & Alor Gajah); within 5-15km distant to any of the areas. My place is next to the main road. Staying in our vacation home guarantees easy access to all areas. My place is in a new housing complex called Tmn Krubong Indah. Situated only 10 minutes away from Ayer Keroh exit. My place is a single storey Semi D with 4 & a half rooms, 2 toilets, living, kitchen with cuckoo, dining areas & BBQ hut. Covered porch can accommodate 2 cars. Basic necessities for cooking are provided for free. Master bedroom & 4th room are with 1 queen & 1 single size bed. The 2nd and 3rd rooms with 1 queen size beds thus can accommodate 10 pax. For your extra comfort aircond is in each room. The 2 bathrooms are with water heater.
