The ideal spot for a couple or a family of four. A private studio loft above a 4 car garage, separate from the family home. A king bed and two floor mattresses suitable for children. You have your own kitchenette with sink, fridge, coffee/tea and toaster as well as the cooking facility with two hot plates and a microwave/convection oven. A separate living room with a couch and TV from which you can access your own Apple TV or Netflix account as well as a pool table for a bit of fun! A rural property in South Auckland, down a private lane in a gated community with excellent security. Close to the motorway with easy access both to Auckland CBD (25min off peak), and Auckland International Airport (20min). You will find Alpacas, horses and sheep in the paddocks as you drive down the private tree lined lane. Only a 5 min drive from the Auckland Botanic Gardens. An easy 15min drive east takes you to the rural township of Clevedon and on to the picturesque Pohutukawa Coast with Duders Beach, Maraetai and Beachlands. You will have full access to the loft, and with your own bathroom below. The rest of the garage is our own storage space. Guest are welcome to ask for any help as we will be in the main house, or contactable via Mobile, but at the same time you will have your own privacy in the stand alone building of the garage/loft. A quiet, picturesque private lane in a quiet rural setting, yet easy access to the motorway North and South, and to Auckland City and the Airport. 10 min from Manurewa Train station. 10 min from Supermarket and Takanini Village.
