Residenza Paradiso is a charming 1.5-room apartment with an incredible lake view and your own parking space in the underground garage. Beautiful lake view from the terrace, very sunny and quiet location. Forest, playground and hiking trails are nearby. Please note: Residenza Paradiso is NOT wheelchair accessible as there are a few stairs from the street to a small Funicolare that takes you to the entrance of the apartment. You also have the option to take quite a few stairs down from the street directly to the apartment, if you do not wish to use the Funicolare. Note: Residenza Paradiso is located in the same residence as Villa Paradiso - Object 1958 Ideal occupancy: 2-3 persons Room layout: A large room with living room and open kitchen, a sleeping gallery, a bathroom and a balcony with lake view. Bed layout: One double bed (180x200cm). The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a 160x200cm bed. One medium sized dog is allowed in Residenza Paradiso. Smoking is not allowed in Residenza Paradiso. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Own parking space in parking garage. There is also free public parking within a few hundred meters of Residenza Paradiso. Residenza Paradiso is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat-screen TV, Cablecom Digital TV, Swisscom Digital TV (incl. all German-language channels), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.
