Two Bedroom Cottage in the Village of Wedmore

Situated on a quiet lane yet just a couple of minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Wedmore with its pubs, shops and restaurants, Rose Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Further afield, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and the sea are all within easy reach. If you don't fancy going out, there is room to entertain in the large fully-equipped kitchen-diner, then curl up for the evening in the cosy lounge with wood burner and Smart TV. #holidayletwedmore Kitchen-diner, Lounge with wood burner. The cottage is all yours during your stay, but we are just a few minutes walk away if there's anything you need. Wedmore is well-known as a destination village. It has four pubs, several restaurants, plenty of places to stock up including a farm shop and numerous clothing and antique shops. You'll need a car to fully appreciate the area, but buses are available to Wells and Burnham on Sea. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling too. We have set a 3 night minimum stay. That said, we can be flexible, so if you're just looking for a couple of nights, particularly if it's short notice or low season, send us a booking enquiry and we'll see if we can accommodate your request. Water in Wedmore comes off the limestone Mendips so it is pretty hard. You'll be pleased to know we've had a water softener installed.
