Elevator is available. Mobile phone with the local sim card will be available in the apartment, so you can always rich me for any question. Will be happy to help you with recommendations what to visit in Riga. Apartment is situated in the short walking distance from to central railway station. It will make your travel to any corner of Latvia or Europe very convenient. Your total way to Jurmala will take 30 minutes. From window you can see railways (200 meters from house), but there is no any noise as by law trains go very slow and quite through the center. Secure parking is situated right near the building (24 hours security guy).
