The home comes with an amenity starter pack which includes: tea/coffeepods(Aldi)/sugar/salt/pepper (individually wrapped), dishwashing capsules/liquid, laundry detergent capsules, body wash, one shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, tea towels, sink sponge, garbage bags, tissues and toilet paper. Two cars can park in the driveway and another two can park in the parking spaces to the side of the home. Please DO NOT park on the grass on the neighbouring properties. Within the Birtinya estate are walking tracks along the water to the hospital precinct where you will find cafes, sushi, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and public transport.
