Nightly rates: Winter $220, Autumn & Spring $260, Summer $290 - min stays apply - 4 nights in Summer, 2 nights for all other seasons. All Victorian public holidays, 4 night min stays - $290 per night. Pets always stay free, no extra admin charges. Sleeping: 3 bedrooms with 2 queen / 2 single beds, electric blankets, covered doonas provided, covered pillows, bed lamps, clock radios, ceiling fans and opening windows. Linen and Towels available for hire, or bring your own from home. Baby Porta cot, no extra money charge. Self-catering kitchen, gas /electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave oven, all dining and cooking utensils supplied. Tea, coffee and bottled water provided. Cooking oil, condiments, sauces and other cooking enhancements for guest use. Gas barbecue ready to go, all utensils and equipment supplied. Family dining for 6 guests, corner lounge with recliners, gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fan, free-to-air TV, radio, DVD/CD players, books, games and magazines. Train stations to Melbourne or Warrnambool about 30 minutes drive from Ocean Grove.
