This home is fully equipped, has air conditioning, internet, security system (fire extinguisher), blanket for fire, a 1st aid kit box, and meets all the requirements and all the security rules. It consists in the R/C over a wide area that includes living room (with sofa bed), dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and utensils needed. It includes: microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, citrus juicer and blender. We also have an ironing table and drying rack. There is a bathroom with a bathtub also on this floor. It includes a hairdryer. The connection is made to the first floor by broad and secure stairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Ribamar has great food, whether it be meat, seafood (many renowned restaurants), fresh fish, pizzas or snacks, BBQ Take Away, a bar, Pastry, Coffee, Fish Market, Butchers, Supermarkets, Pharmacy, ATM, Hairdresser, suft-shops, public transport, everything you need within a 100 meter radius. You have bus from Ribamar to the town of Ericeira, and were you can find Taxis and rent-a-car. The journey from the airport to the apartment is about 35 minutes. Motorway A8 and then A21 towards Ericeira. It’s no possible animals. The taxas for day for person are make a payment in the check-in. In summer are 2€ for night / person. Winter 1€ for night/ person.
