This perfectly situated apartment is in a safe and secure gated environment. Located 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the city of Sydney. Trains 7 mins walk, buses at front gate. Room has its own private ensuite bathroom, perfect for those that like their privacy. Your space is YOUR space only. The host lives on a separate floor. Your room is located on its own floor separate to the host which gives greater privacy. On your floor there is a laundry which also has a dryer. For your conveniance a microwave, bar fridge tea / coffee making facilities are provided. Note; Most important. View this accomodation as hotel space which does not have a kitchen for cooking. There are so many food eateries within walking distance as well as a fantasic IGA and liquor store within the building complex, plus a Dan Murphy's across then road. Free internet is provided. There is a discount chemist warehouse across the road fromapartment. Outside complex gate there is a Sushi train restaurant plus a Subway for that more quick "on the go" bite to eat. Glen and David are only a phone call away. Can provide information and great cafes and restaurants that are available in less than 5 minutes walk. However your privacy is paramount but the offer is there should you need us. The surrounding area is buzzy but without the hectic pace of the inner CBD of Sydney. Bus to the city is just outside the complex every 10 minutes. You can also hire a budget car called ' Go Get ' which is also located just outside our gate. Train station is a 10 minute walk which takes you to the city in one stop. The bus also can take you to the train station or city should you wish to travel by bus. Whilst it’s very easy to get around not needing a car, there are car hire places that are convenient and have their own spaces located around the building. Should you find that you need a space to park a car please speak to the hosts which can be provide for a small nightly rate under the building. Access to city is easy with bus and train services, rental cars are situated around the buiding. For any specific infomation needed I am only too happy to provide.
