Only 8 minutes by car from the center of Bellinzona, 5 minutes from the motorway exit. The Bellinzona SBB station is 12 minutes away by public transport, the bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the house. The valleys (Blenio and Leventina) are easily reachable by car or public transport, as is Lake Locarno. The house is located in the countryside where you can relax after a day of mountain walks, a trip to the lake or in the Ticino. The Room is equipped with TV, private bathroom (shower + bathtub), covered and furnished terrace. By prior arrangement, guests can enjoy the garden with swimming pool. Outdoor parking available for guests. In the price is included the use of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, bath and double sink, a patio private with a table. Other rooms in the house (kitchen, living room, other bathroom, gardening swimming pool) are not included in price. For swimming pool please ask. I live in the house with my adult children, so I will be discreetly present for any information you need. The house is located in the Preonzo district just 4 km from the Bellinzona Nord motorway exit. 1000 sqm garden well maintained with an adjoining swimming pool. Garage Quiet area in full relax.
