The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with 2 large sofas, a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a WC with shower. The top floor has 3 bedrooms with large wardrobes, and the large main bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom features one double bed and a refreshing balcony with panoramic sea view, ideal for your morning coffee and a relaxing drink at dawn! The other two bedrooms have one double and one single bed respectively. All bedrooms on the top floor are air conditioned. All areas of the house have electric heating and a fireplace, making it ideal for the whole year. The nearby city of Kalamata is a modern city with many cultural events all year round, and features great historical interest. You will visit its medieval castle and many museums, walk through the streets of the historic center and the large park with the award-winning outdoor train museum.
