A stunning beachfront property. With waves crashing right up to the private, enclosed garden guests can sit on the deck and enjoy true ocean living. Private gates open directly onto the main Silversands beach. The villa comes with swimming pool over looking the ocean, BBQ and pizza oven, and large deck with retractable shade awnings. During winter the pool is heated. Pool table, darts and games to enjoy. Fourth bedroom only available for bookings of more than 8 people. Guests will have the entire property to themselves. One bedroom (ensuite) is closed off to guests (unless the booking is for more than 8 people), however the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all yours. The main deck area and swimming pool is a stunning beach front spot and includes a BBQ/braai, pizza oven and retractable shade awning. The pool is solar heated in summer and fully heated during winter. There is a pool table, darts board and a wide selection of games available. Smart TV where you can log into your Netflix account, BOSE sound system and an indoor fire place. All bedrooms have a private TV with access to Netflix/Showmax and internet streaming. Guests can access the entire property except one room that will be locked (unless the booking is for more than 8 people). The garden is fully enclosed and large enough to keep pets and children safe and happy. Access to the beach is via a small gate from the garden directly onto the sand. Please note that the heated pool is absolutely fabulous in the winter. However this is subject to sufficient heating time / power outages or adverse weather conditions.
