French Cottage w/ swimming-pool - Le Clos Léparon

This charming 19-century property is situated in the quiet Dordogne countryside. It has a private swimming-pool and a beautiful 32000 sq ft garden. Its three bedrooms and two bathrooms will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. In the living room, you can enjoy a TV with English channels, or simply a conversation in front of the fireplace. The fully equiped kitchen opens on a nice terrace and a private and secure 32x16 ft swimming-pool. You can relax in the garden under the sunshade while the children are playing (swings, table tennis...) You enjoy a private entrance with an electric gate. The house is completely independant, but we stay at your disposal should you need us. The Clos Léparon is located in Périgord Vert, close to Bordeaux's vineyards, and near Saint Emilion, Cognac, and the beautiful Brantôme and Aubeterre. The Atlantic beaches of Royan, Arcachon or Cap Ferret are also popular destinations for a day's trip.
