This is a private small townhouse set in a classic old stone house. Located in the heart of the Marcourt village in the beautiful Belgian Ardennes, it has been refurbished and is ready to accommodate two adults and two children. The master bedroom is located under the roof on a large mezzanine overlooking the main area. Private garden with barbecue, chairs and table. Fresh eggs from our barn can be purchased daily. We live nearby and thrive to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Our small cosy and very tidy place is designed for two adults and two children, it has a small bathroom with shower and toilet, an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a nice wooden table & chairs. A sofa bed with a TV set is available with Netflix ready. A nice small garden overlooking the village is at your disposal with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The house is located off the street with free parking just in front. You will have the place for yourselves, we live next door should you need anything, we will help you as much as we can. We live just next door and will be very happy to welcome you and help you with anything you need. Our listing is managed by our daughter Julie who is more IT minded than we are! She speaks English and will interact with you on Airbnb. But we will welcome you in person on your arrival with delight. The house is located in the heart of the Marcourt village, 100m from the tourist information center and surrounded by beautiful walks and trails. The Ourthe river is 200m away and there are heaps of great outdoor activities proposed all year long. There is a bus twice a day weekdays that comes from the nearest train station but you need to foresee time to reach our place by public transport. There is a flight of stairs to reach the main floor and another flight of stairs to reach the bedroom.
