Perfect for the sporting enthusiast, with the Sleeman sporting complex just around the corner. You will be guaranteed privacy and wake up to the sound of birds in the leafy surrounds. Also the bayside boasts fantastic Watersports at our doorstep. Fantastic local markets, bushwalking and mountain biking Access to the guesthouse is through the main driveway, ample parking available for a car, camper and boat Check in can be private or I can meet you at an agreed time for a more personal check in. You will have your own entrance, personal space, private deck and garden area. You will have your own private space, with a garden and outdoor area. A private guesthouse with it’s own entrance and parking. We are a busy active family with children. We also like our privacy but happy to have a good chat if it suits you. There is no washing machine inside the guesthouse, but if you are here for 5days +, a shared laundry option is available 2X each 7 day stay at a pre arranged and convenient time for both parties.
