Set over three levels and situated on acres this property features 8 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, the ensuite to the master boasts a two person spa bath. 4 of the bedrooms open onto a balcony with multiple little pockets to enjoy a quiet coffee and soak up the sun. Lush greenery surround the large infinity edge pool and entertaining area where lounge chairs await you. Even in winter this property is appealing with its fireplace and multiple living areas. BOTTOM LEVEL The lower level features the billiard room, laundry, one guest bedroom and a bathroom. Everyone can come together yet still have their privacy. MIDDLE LEVEL If you like to cook or prefer a private chef, the chef inspired kitchen will cater for small and large groups. You’ll appreciate the miele appliances, gas cooktop, refrigeration, dishwasher and coffee machine. The main outdoor entertainment areas of the Le Chateau are located at rear of the property, they offer you complete seclusion, with the swimming pool, heated spa and outside patio area being completely private and secluded and they cannot be viewed by any of the neighbouring properties. The front of the property is set back 30 metres from the tree lined street and features a formal water fountain and formal gardens. There is a seperate garage/studio on the very front boundary of the property which is not part of the lease, and doesn’t form part of the property facilities. BOND BOND - $2000 LOCATION Le Chateau is a short drive to Terrigal Beach and located only minutes to Erina Fair Shopping centre. Holgate is known for its prestige acreages with grand homes. Feel like you are miles away but jump in the car and before you know it you are at the shops or beach. Coming from Sydney? Le Chateau is located one hour north of Sydney. NOISE POLICY Gosford Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm (including weekends). POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 9PM Please note that all our properties are patrolled after these hours by security and bookings such as buck’s parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond. We will ask you to sign our holiday letting agreement upon booking. ​Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night, Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. COVID CANCELLATION POLICY Covid policy is effective on all bookings made from the 30th July 2021 onward. If there are NSW government restrictions in place that prevent travel into the Central Coast you are entitled to a change of dates or a refund of rent minus any HomeAway/Stayz Service fee’s. Please note: • This does not apply to restrictions made in other states/countries. • Your dates must be transferred to the same property and new dates selected with in 12 months from your original booking date. • If changing dates you must pay the price difference between seasons • The above cancellation policy does not apply to guests who are allowed to arrive and stay before restrictions come into effect. Guests are liable for the full stay amount and will not receive part refunds for change of mind if they are legally allowed to stay at property. • If guests are required to quarantine while at the property, guests will be liable for full costs of extending the stay.
