Castello di San Fabiano is a charming Castle on the way between Siena and Montalcino, in the famous Crete Senesi area next to the Val'd'Orcia. Donna Elsa is an elegant suite that comes with a luminous lounge, a cozy Doube bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bed linen, bath towels and complimentary toiletries are included. Siena is at 20 minutes driving, within 1 hour drive you can reach Florence, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, Abbeys, Monasteries, the Italian fashion design outlets, and even the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Nearby there are golf courses, a polo field, tennis courts, thermal baths of Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni Castle of San Fabiano is not a hotel, but a historical house where guests are personally welcomed by the owners in a “once upon a time” atmosphere with modern comforts and it is, above all, an excellent base for visiting Central Tuscany. If you choose to relax and stay all day long enjoying our garden corners and swimming pool we will arrange a light brunch under the shadow of our lounge. We can arrange for you horse riding, mountain bikes, Vespa and Fiat 500 rental. (We recommend booking in advance). Furthermore we organize experiences like cooking classes, wine tasting tours with visit to the cellars of Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano producers, tasting tours at a manufacturer of genuine Tuscan Pecorino cheese, visit to an oil mill, and last but not least guided tours around Siena and surroundings. Every day we will be at your disposal to suggest you where to go, what to see, what to do and what are the best restaurants in the area. Towels and bed linens are changed every 3 nights.
